These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.maverickgetsitdone.com (the “Site”) and any services, estimates, purchases, or communications provided by Maverick Gets It Done (“Maverick,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Maverick Industries LLC.

By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

• Maverick provides mission-critical products and services, including (as applicable):

• Industrial cleaning products / clean solutions (e.g., degreasers, concrete dissolvers and related solutions) 

• Fuel & lubricants supply and delivery 

• Fuel additives

• Fuel testing services (e.g., detecting water/sediment/microbial issues and fuel condition/compliance support) 

• Emergency services including rapid response fuel/water delivery and on-site generator support 

• Fuel cleaning/polishing for generators and stored fuel 

• Offerings may change over time.

• Quotes. Quotes are estimates based on information available at the time (including volumes, site conditions, access, timing, and compliance requirements).

• Acceptance. An order is not binding until Maverick confirms it (e.g., via written confirmation, invoice, dispatch confirmation, or fulfillment).

• Corrections. We may correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability and may cancel/adjust orders affected by errors.

Because many items are operationally critical and supply chains can change, we may:

• substitute equivalent products (same intended use/performance class) when necessary, and/or

• update product specs, packaging, or brands over time.

If you require no substitutions, you must state that clearly in writing before ordering.

• Pricing may include product cost, delivery, mobilization, special handling, and/or regulatory surcharges where applicable.

• Taxes, fees, and governmental charges may apply based on jurisdiction and product type.

• Payment terms will be provided on your quote, invoice, or service agreement. Past-due balances may incur lawful finance charges and collection costs where permitted.

Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by weather, road closures, terminal/plant availability, emergencies, or safety constraints.
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery at the agreed delivery point (or when tendered if delivery cannot be completed due to customer site conditions).
Title transfers per invoice/service agreement terms, or at delivery if not otherwise stated.

Some products/services may involve regulated or hazardous materials (e.g., fuels, certain chemicals, additives). You agree to:

• provide a safe and legally compliant delivery location (proper containment, access, signage, and any required permits),

• ensure trained personnel are available if your site requires escorts, lockout/tagout, confined space procedures, hot work permits, or other safety protocols,

• provide accurate tank/system information (capacity, compatible materials, known contamination issues, and site rules),

• comply with all laws and regulations applicable to receiving, storing, using, or disposing of products and related waste.

We may refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or non-compliant.

Service access. You must provide timely access to equipment, tanks, generator rooms, and/or service areas as needed. Delays caused by lack of access, inaccurate information, or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.
Emergency services. For emergency response (fuel/water delivery, generator support), timing depends on operational constraints and local conditions; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of your equipment, only professional efforts consistent with industry practice.

Testing and cleaning services provide data and remediation efforts based on samples, site conditions, and available access. Results can vary due to:

• tank condition, prior contamination, microbial growth, water intrusion, and system design,

• sampling limitations and representativeness,

• ongoing environmental exposure after service.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we do not warrant that fuel will remain contaminant-free after service or that third-party standards will be met in every circumstance.

• Because many products may be regulated, special-order, or handled under chain-of-custody/safety rules:

• Returns may be limited or not accepted for certain items (including fuels, additives, and opened/used chemical products).

• If returns are accepted, they may be subject to inspection, restocking fees, and return freight/handling charges.

• Refund timing depends on inspection completion and processor timelines.

• Request returns by contacting us using the details in Section 20.

We do not apply a generic “no-show” cancellation fee in these Terms.

However, for scheduled dispatches, you may still be responsible for actual costs incurred if you cancel after we have mobilized resources or loaded product (e.g., dispatch/mobilization, standby time, special handling, or re-stocking/return-to-terminal fees), where permitted by law and communicated on your quote/invoice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• Product and service warranties, if any, are limited to those expressly stated in writing by Maverick or the manufacturer/supplier.

• We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maverick will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenue, business interruption, or loss of data, arising from or related to the Site, products, or services.

If liability cannot be excluded, Maverick’s total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid to Maverick for the specific product/service giving rise to the claim during the 30 days before the event, unless a different limit is required by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Maverick harmless from claims arising out of:

• your misuse of the Site,

• your breach of these Terms,

• unsafe or unlawful site conditions under your control,

• your storage, handling, or use of products after delivery.

All Site content, logos, and materials are owned by Maverick or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

You may not:

• attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, scrape the Site, or disrupt operations,

• use the Site for unlawful purposes,

• submit false information through quote/contact forms.

If you opt in to receive SMS/MMS text messages from Maverick:

Program Name: Maverick Gets It Done Alerts/Updates
Program Purpose: Quotes, scheduling/dispatch updates, service notifications, delivery coordination, invoices/payment links, and (if separately opted in) promotional messages. 

Consent: By providing your number and opting in (web form/checkbox, keyword, or other approved method), you authorize Maverick to send SMS/MMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency: Varies based on your requests and service activity.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel messages. You may receive a final confirmation message.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In particular: mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes, and SMS opt-in data is not sold.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Exclusive venue for disputes will be state or federal courts located in or serving Houston, Harris County, Texas, unless required otherwise by law.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. The “Effective Date” reflects the latest update. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
